Her work spans nationwide and internationally, focused on helping people navigate traumatic situations. Her experience combined with her knowledge and education make her an invaluable asset to our team.

COL Black a retired US Army Military Police Officer who served for over 30 years and brings a wealth of leadership and organizational development experience to Appalachian Trauma and Resiliency Center. As the former AVP for Critical Care and Trauma at WVUMed, he saw firsthand the difference that quality intervention at the right time by the right group can make in a person’s life. His insight is crucial as the team strives to meet the needs of community.

Inez Hill brings decades of experience in education to the table. She is passionate about empowering people with knowledge. There really couldn’t be a more dedicated person to guide us in initiating, organizing, and promoting new programs for our staff and clients.
